In response to changing market dynamics and increasing quality standards, the company made a strategic and radical decision to completely discontinue conventional seedling production and focus exclusively on grafted seedling production.

During this important transformation process, Bozkurt Sera was selected as the solution partner to convert the existing nursery facilities into a structure fully suitable for grafted seedling production.

Project Scope

Within the scope of the project carried out by Bozkurt Sera, the existing production infrastructure of Ertürk Fide was thoroughly analyzed and redesigned in line with the specific requirements of grafted seedling production.

The project included:

• Reconfiguration of climate control systems suitable for grafted seedling production

• Optimization of temperature and humidity-sensitive production areas

• Revision of production zones to minimize hygiene risks and disease transmission

• Creation of dedicated areas for post-grafting healing and acclimatization processes

As a result, the facility was transformed into a modern and efficient grafted seedling production nursery capable of delivering consistent quality and sustainable output.

Following the completion of the transformation:
